ABOUT US Carbon Medical Associates practice General Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, and Nephrology (diseases of the kidney) with particular expertise in diabetes and hypertension. Our practice serves the Carbon, Monroe, and Schuylkill Counties region of Pennsylvania. Our physicians and physician extenders are Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, and Nephrology. We provide onsite certified diabetic education and utilize state of the art insulin pump therapy. Our practice also covers all aspects of kidney diseases including those requiring close monitoring due to kidney failure and provide local kidney dialysis therapy and transplant coordination.
